FRIDAY
-gee, seems like i never write about chem class (unlike bio).. it's just i'm exhausted after the long days.. anywho, i kick it w/ jenn b & this girl named khoung ("kay").. can u believe kay lives so close to me? it's great
-during chem labs, kay & i would mess w/ our TA, anton & make him go crzy.. "are u sure u're doin the lab?" "yes, aren't we experimenting w/ fat??.. that's why i'm seein the chemical reaction between fat and an animal product some people call BACON" haha
-our lab partner christian is just an overall well-rounded guy.. he kept me laughin the whole time.. the booger almost had me put my hands on the sizzlin hot plate.. but he stopped me before any damage was done..
-tita nenette was gettin ready for new york, gave me a newly-bought sweater that doesn't fit.. sometimes i'm tempted to say that she wouldn't have given me anythin unless i'm the only one who could fit in it or make use of things..
-took tita san & mom to the cathedral.. i really do miss my mom.. unfortunately our meeting wasn't a happy one.. on the way to picking her up, i got all frustrated and annoyed at tita.. i try my hardest to please her & give her everything she wants & needs, but all i hear are petty complaints.. i know she can't help it.. menopause shortened her tolerance level.. but oh well
-hid in the room & TRIED to study.. fell asleep.. to tired
SATURDAY-tito edgar & tita nenette boarded their planes..
-CHEM is really stressing my out.. i'm not even kidding.. i guess it's cuz i've had my head programmed into thinkin that no matter how hard i try, i'd never get the concept.. so i've been overworking myself to no avail..
-emotional breakdown.. i had to call my mom for some comfort.. see the thing is i don't like to be constantly watched.. when i'm doin hw or any functional activity, either grandpa or one of my aunts are behind me the whole time until i finish.. look, i'm not doin anything bad, illegal, or defying any orders.. i don't need to be gawked at.. what i need is my space.. i need time to actually do some academic work
-cried.. puffy eyes
SUNDAY-served at the cathedral.. just mark & me.. everyone was on vacation.. i felt so bad for mark.. he was all depressed cuz his crush not only left him in the middle of their first date but refuses to even be friends.. that's downright wrong.. poor thing
-was super dooper happy that msgr. kevin finally noticed my existence.. i probably smiled way big & he was blinded by my pearly whites (or yellow).. haha
-fr. b snubbed me, so i snubbed him back.. grrrrr.. i still feel awkward after the confession thing.. i'm tryin to just let go of it
-jody & i stalked her super cute crush.. haha.. she's like a girly girl when he's around
-went back to benton to pick up tita for the 10 am mass.. parking was totally harsh.. before we left, grandpa was angry that we were goin to church.. "michelle, y don't u kick the priest's ass for me".. what a freakin atheist.. (oh ya.. "grandpa" is not my real grandfather.. i refer to my REAL grandparents as "dade/tatay" & "mame/nanay") he even gets mad when i say grace before meal
-went grocery shopping
-didn't go home this weekend =( boo hoo
-had the SI review session.. waste of time!!.. i'm not learnin anythin from the person.. got to SC and smelled smoke.. wow, someone burned down a section of one of the dorms.. the ppl were all on the grass for roll call..
-didn't know the grammy's were that night.. anywho, went home.. typed my HP402.. tried to read chem, but fell asleep (i got an 80% on my 2nd quiz.. i was so grrr.. my first one was 100%)
all right, that's about it.. gotta do my post lab
I'm going to stop procrastinating ... once I get around to it.
